Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Exchange Period
    Products are eligible for exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is applicable).
  2. Conditions for Exchange
    To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
    • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
  3. Non-Exchangeable Items
    The following products are not eligible for exchange:
    • Items damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or natural wear and tear.
    • Custom-built or personalized products.
    • Products sold under clearance or “as-is” conditions.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
    • Reason for exchange and description of any issues, if applicable
    • Photos of the product, if it is defective or damaged

Exchange Process

  1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify eligibility based on the conditions outlined above.
  2. If approved, we will process the exchange and provide a replacement product of the same or similar specifications, subject to availability.
  3. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or alternative resolution based on your preference.

Costs Associated with Exchange

  • Defective or Incorrect Products:
    If the product is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
  • Other Exchanges:
    For exchanges due to personal preference or other non-defective reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions
